Visiting the house for the site measurement and to visualize the site together with Owner.

Proposal & Quotation
Present Owner our Proposal on the I.D. & Quotation based on Owner’s budget.
Face-to-Face or Virtual Meeting will be held to present and explain on our Proposal & Quotation for Clearer Picture.

Confirmation on Quotation & Contract
Upon discussion, amendment, Owner’s Quotation will be updated.
Upon Confirmation, Quotation & Contract Signed.

Renovation Process
Begin with Site Briefing with our Site Supervisor, Home Protection.
Site Handover to Site Supervisor.
Every Progress with Update to Owner.

Post Renovation Inspection
Round of Defect Inspection will be done by our Site Supervisor.
Owner’s Defect Observation Walk.
Post Renovation Inspection by our Project Manager.
Hand-over with minor rectification.
Handover once Defects done.

Warranty & After-Sales Service
Every job comes with at least 1-year warranty.
During Warranty Period, Site Inspection, Defect Rectification, Consultation, Interior Styling.
